Extreme persecution of Uyghur Muslims in China! 16 thousand mosques were demolished, 10 lakh apostates

China is forcing the conversion of one million Uighur Muslims in Xinjiang province and the demolition of 16,000 mosques. A report by the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) on Uighur Muslims released on Friday found this shocking.

Analyzing satellite images from China’s Xinjiang province, the agency noted that there were previously about 24,000 mosques in Xinjiang province. However, in the last three years since 2017, China has destroyed 16,000 mosques. Although some mosques have not been completely destroyed, they are not suitable for prayers.

The report further states that one million Turkish-speaking Uighur Muslims have been detained in various detention camps in Xinjiang. In the name of modern education, Muslims are being forced to follow the practices of other religions.

It has nothing to do with Islamic culture. The most interesting thing is that the mosques of the Uighur Muslims in Xinjiang province were destroyed but the churches and Buddhist temples were not damaged. As much oppression is going on against the Uyghurs.

However, Beijing has described the Australian agency’s report as an attempt to spread propaganda against China. They claim that the report of that organization has no substance, it has been made to spread slander against China. “There are 10 times more mosques in Xinjiang than in the United States,” said Wang Wenbin, a spokesman for China’s foreign ministry.

Even in many Islamic countries, there are not as many mosques as there are in proportion to the Muslim population. The Australian agency published such baseless reports to spread propaganda against China
